1. What the service is

TitanAC detects unauthorised client modifications on FiveM servers. It is sold as a subscription and includes the server-side service, the client resource and access to the admin panel.

2. Licence

A subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run TitanAC on the number of servers your plan covers. You may not resell or redistribute it.

3. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Cancel any time from the panel; the service stays active until the period you've paid for ends.

4. Trial

Titan is free for 7 days and does not require a card. You can cancel during the trial with no obligation.

5. Data

We process the game identifiers detection and bans require. We do not collect players' personal data or pass anything to third parties.

6. Availability

We aim for the highest uptime we can sustain but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced ahead of time on Discord and the status page.

7. Liability

TitanAC substantially reduces cheating but cannot eliminate it. We are not liable for damage caused by players' conduct on your server.
